According to the International Committee of the Red Cross survey shows that forevery wiping out five thousand mines, there will be1-2minesweeping workerinjuries or deaths, hundreds of people being injured or killed by landmines in theworld every week. The face of such a serious threat of landmines, since1990, theworldwide began to set off a massive mine clearance activities, mine clearance workhas become important political issues of national concern. International communityput in a lot of manpower, material and financial resources for the mine detection andclearance, clear the situation, however, is limited by a variety of factors alwaysunsatisfactory, how to effectively detect and clear mines become urgent to solve themajor issues.This project comes from the shallow ground penetrating radar systemdevelopment project aims to develop a system to enable them to be able toeffectively detect and identify underground mines and other special objects.How to raise landmine detection rate and reduce the false alarm rate in a varietyof complex environmental conditions is the focus of the current research of minedetectors. The content of the subject you want to study is to find a stable andeffective technology to filter out clutter signal, prominent target signal, and resolvethe follow-up target imaging as well as the identification of problems, improvelandmine detection rate, lower false alarm rate. The project adopt the program ofultra-wideband pulse ground-penetrating radar and metal detectors detect. Build a setof ground-penetrating radar signal processing analysis and detection system on theone hand, on the other hand a comprehensive analysis of the test results of groundpenetrating radar and metal detector test results, and then make a decision, and makethe decision-making into the sound signal,remove anthropogenic interference factors of reading pictures,in order to make accurate judgments. This thesis is focused onground-penetrating radar signal processing research, main task is to:1. A brief description of the subject of this dissertation research background andthe research status quo, Introduction of ground-penetrating radar works, given thetarget echo signal model and the data in the form, and briefly describes the basicradar echo signal data processing method.2. Described PCA theoretical, adopted SVD-PCA algorithm to suppress the directwave of ground penetrating radar B-scan signal, and used two sets of experimentaldata to verify the validity of the proposed method.3. Introduced adaptive filtering and least squares theory, proposed genetic factorrecursive least squares adaptive offset method to remove the noise in the echo signal,and combined with PCA technology, enhanced noise reduction effect, increasedletternoise ratio.4. Summarized the full-text content,and looked ahead the works of mine targetrecognition.
