This thesis first analyzes Android operating system and the domestic and foreignlidar research status, and proposes lidar control software design based on Androidsystem.This thesis discusses Android system handles lidar device through USB interfaceCY7C68013, realizing lidar data acquisition, process, display and storage; andtransmits data to PC through network. System uses Samsung’s ARM11S3C6410asprocessor core, which is installed Android2.3system, and man-machine interface iswritten on it.This thesis is established in lidar control and data processing, in-depthunderstanding Android system principle and the frame structure and building Androiddevelopment environment. According to USB protocol, USB driver program iswritten, Android HAL layer and JNI layer code is modified, realizing datatransmission between Android application and lidar device through the USB interface.The main work contains hardware design, software design, driver program andapplication program.Innovation of this thesis lies in Android system is used in lidar control. with theaid of Android system open source advantage and USB interface equipment hot plug,high transmission rate, high speed data acquisition, processing and display of lidarsystem are realized.
