A test equipment for one Image Processing System is developed usingPCI bus technique and compiling human-computer interaction interface ofupper computer on the LabVIEW development platform. There are there partsin the Image processing System: Image automatic tracker, Infrared targetinformation processor, automatic target recognition system.In this paper, the study of how to test the performance of ImageProcessing System is developed and the performance of the three parts ofImage Processing System are tested respectively. By using software algorithmto produce the analog video and digital video, the video source is produced onthe basis of these two videos. The analog video is transmitted to the automatictracker and automatic target recognition system by using OK_M50B Analogvideo card. And the digital video is transmitted to the infrared targetinformation processor by using digital video card. The switchover betweeninput and output of multi-channel video signals is achieved on the analogvideo switch CD4052. The connected Performance Information of ImageProcessing System is collected by communicating between the PCI bus anddouble-port RAM by making use of FPGA logical control, and the upperhuman-computer interaction interface is compiled by LabVIEW language.
