Nowadays,With the rapid development of science and technology,information has grown rapidly,especially the wireless mobile communication.people in pursuit of quick and easy way of communication in daily life. Wireless communication provides the convenient life and get more and more attention of people. But the wireless spectrum is a limited resource in the environment,with the constant use of spectrum,it is becoming increasingly scarce.What become a hot spot of many scholars and researchers to explore is how to reasonable use the space in the precious spectrum resource.In this paper, Combined with both advantages of cognitive radio and frequency hopping communication,comprehensive analysis the two conditions.Under the condition is feasible of combination with cognitive and frequency hopping,channel access technology of cognitive and frequency hopping is proposed.Analysis the combined of cognitive and frequency hopping.improve the original channel allocation algorithm, and do simulation under the certain condition of the parameters of the algorithm.The experimental results show that it is effectively improve the quality of the system of communication when combination cognitive with frequency hopping.In the process of analysis of the combined cognitive with frequency hopping,in order to solve the problem of hardware unable to keep up with theoretical research,put forward the concept of the asynchronous based on cognitive and frequency hopping.When the frequency hopping system at work, the transmitter sent next two channel’s information to the receiver in this communication.And the receiver use double frequency hopping detection technology access to synchronization. The transmitter use the better channel for the next-hop communication. With the analysis of experimental simulation,the results show that this synchronization way can improve the performance of synchronization probability.
