With the rapid development of science and technology, communications te chnology gradually from3G era moving towards the4G era, and wireless net work communication technology have gradually made great achievements. How ever, the channel resources are always limited, with the reduction of the availa ble channel resources, people have deeply felt the valuable of channel resource s. At the same time, the reliability, stability, network service quality and contr ollability of wireless network communications have become the focus of the th ree operators, regulators, government network regulatory and network users atte ntion.This paper mainly focus on the channel selection strategy of discrete dyna mic channel allocation and access, combined with the frequency hopping com munication technologies, in order to design a more efficient discrete dynamic c hannel selection strategies, and improve the channel efficiency of wireless netw ork communication system and channel usage. The ultimate goal is to solve th e interference and fading problems of facing by the wireless cognitive network s channel, as well as reducing the communication delays overhead which used by the environmental perception of the cognitive user, while addressing the c oexist and dynamic channel resources shared problems between the authorized user and the cognitive user.Combining with the advantages of the discrete dynamic channel allocation and access technologies and frequency hopping communications technology of wireless cognitive networks, to analyze the conditions of combining with the two technologies, we put forward the discrete channel allocation and access t echnology of wireless cognitive network which based on cognitive hopping in the feasible premise of combination. This paper put the optimization allocatio n of channel resource and the communication reliability of cognitive link as goals, combined with hopping ideas, build the access mechanism of awareness hopping, proposed a synergistic discrete multiple-channel distribution strategy which have high reliability. To improve the use efficiency of spectral resources while enhancing the transmission performance of the system. The research resu Its of this paper maybe provide a theoretical basis for future design of high-sp eed and high-bandwidth for wireless communication network system. Therefore, the solution of WCN dynamic channel allocation and access which based on cognitive hopping has a good prospect.
