Mobility modeling of car is an important point in the research of vehicular ad-hoc network. The design of mobility modeling significantly impacts performance of communication in vehicular ad-hoc network. For the requirement of simulation in network, we will propose RVMM which is a new mobility model in vehicular ad-hoc network in city. The main contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)The surveys of mobility that within urban vehicular nodes and the statistics of urban vehicular numbers’ variation. We designed some interactions and node dynamics between car and car later(2)We simulate the RVMM model with multi-parameter in the vehicle nodes constitute the urban traffic network based on what we have talked before. We discuss a single vehicle node in the intersection and driving in the road with a variety of rules, and dynamics between car and car.(3)Based on the analysis of the RVMM model, we transfer a city map in Google earth to a type of map in Matlab software, and we model a RVMM mobility model in urban scene realistic;(4)Simulating RVMM and RWP in realistic many times with Matlab7.5By simulation’s result, we can estimate the influence of connectivity of vehicular ad-hoc network. Simulation also results demonstrate that RVMM is a proper choice of providing realistic mobile sceneries of network simulations. |
