Design And Implementation Of Operating System For Wireless Sensor Netwok Nodes Based On MC13224Chip

Electrical system, system-on-a-chip, wireless communication and low-powerembedded technology breed the rapid development of wireless sensor networks. Thecharacteristics of the low-power, low-cost, distributed and self-organization havebrought a revolution in information perception, which makes the wireless sensornetwork become one of the new technologies of the21st century. Currently, wirelesssensor network researches focuses on two aspects including the wireless sensor networkhardware node and operating system (software). In recent years, rapid development ofwireless technologies such as Bluetooth, WiFi, WIMAX, ultra-wideband, and wirelessLAN, promote the flourish of wireless sensor network hardware node. WSN operatingsystem is also contending.We design and implement a wireless sensor network operating system based on aspecific hardware platform. Firstly, we analyze the background and development ofwireless sensor networks and wireless sensor network operating system, and introduceseveral wireless sensor network operating systems. Secondly, the article introduces aspecific hardware platform, the specific design of the operating system and step-by-stepimplementation process including the implementation of boot loader guide program,driver program writing, kernel implementation (task scheduling system, timing system,power management system design and implementation.) Finally, the application andresults analysis in specific precision agriculture project of this operating system aregiven.This article focuses mainly on three parts including the boot loader boot programrealization, drivers writing, kernel implementation, which are described respectively indetail in Chapter four.
