With the modernization of our army’s weapons developed faster and faster, manykinds of different types, tactic and strategic weapons are being manufactured by thearmy. In order to finalize the design of these new weapons, during the process of thesenew weapons’ testing, how to capture the target’s reentry scenes in such a moment thatthe target fall from the atmosphere down to the ground, is a problem that needed to besolved urgently.In order to solve the problem that the firing range lack of effective methods tocapture the reentry scenes, this thesis adopted the cloud terrace control technology andthe technology to deal with the reentry scenes. Based on a certain equipment that out ofuse, the automatic capture system of missile reentry scenes was manufactured in thisthesis. This system mainly compose of the large-scale supervelocity digitalPTZ(Pan/Tilt/Zoom), function unit and so on electronic compass, vision gathering andprocessing module, real-time control software as well as correspondence connectionelectric circuit, it not only can provide the manual tracking, the manual interventionwaiting, the guidance tracking, the TV tracking and so on the many kinds of trackscapture way, but also has the ability of actuating many PTZ and photographing manyreentry goals at one time. The system receive real-time ballistic data of centralcomputer, and transform the data into real-time coordinates that is in the surveystation polar coordinate system; At the same time, it gather real-time position of digitalPTZ and pitching information through the electronic compass; the computerautomatically sends out the control command by the operator, the guidance PTZ trackstarget acquisition. Image acquisition and processing system for modular storage, accessand identification of single-frame images, and images based on the difference movingtarget detection algorithm, the image of the moving target from miss distance,real-time extraction and, as a PTZ tracking based system to go to achieve the reentrygoal of self-TV tracking.The automatic capture system of missile reentry scenes that was developed in this thesis satisfied the testing needs of our firing range’s present missions. It solved theproblem that our firing range lacks of a equipment to capture the missile’s reentryscenes. The function of our firing range has been expanded because of this automaticcapture system of missile reentry scenes, by testing of many times of practical missionsin our firing range, this reentry scenes capture system checked out that it has followingfunctions: it helps commanders to make a strategic dicision, it can help to judgewhether the testing mission is success or failed. This reentry scenes capture systemprovides a new method to test the ablation target, the position where the bait of thetarget spread, and how to test the multi-targets when they falling down from theatmosphere. This reentry scenes capture system also provides a method to manufactureequipments of the same kind.
