As an important composition of the modern electronic warefare, radar jammercan disable and weaken the target detection capability of radar which is a subject ofreconnaissance system. Therefore, various radar jammers are equipped on the weaponequipment, such as military aircraft, warship, missile and so on. On the premise ofgood performance, it is used to reduce the consumption of the limited resources in theplatform by reducing the volume, weight and power of jammer and imporving theeffect-cost of jammer. In this way, the miniaturization radar jammer can be suitablefor more and more weapon platforms.With the study object of wideband jammer covering C/S frequency, and itsweight is less than10kg, power is less than500W,volume is less than100×200mm, this dissertation focuse on the design tchnology of a miniaturization radarjammer. At first, the indexes of each submodule in jammer are analyzed. According tominiaturization, low power and high effect-cost, we devote ourself to research thewide bandwidth beam antenna, multi-channel wideband integration transceiverfront-end, digital signal process and jammer production.For the design of the wide bandwidth beam antenna, the advantage-disadvantageand best feasible plan of linear and circular polarization antennas are demonstrated toachieve the requirements of jammer. Then, the specific antenna design is given. Atlast, the antenna pattern, the standing wave and the axial ratio are simulated under thedifferent frequencies.For the design of multi-channel wideband integration transceiver front-end, Thenumber of channels, the switching mode of transceiver, the lower limit of detection,the bandwidth of intermediate frequency signal, the index of frequency synthesizer,the requirements of power amplifier and the band width of jamming are discussedrespectively. Then, the integration transceiver front-end is designed including allsubmodules, for instance, the miniaturization high-power power amplifier, the highsensitivity wideband receiver, the low phase-noise frequency synthesizer and thedesign of electromagnetic compatibility.For the design of digital signal process and jammer production, The A/Dsampling rate and digit, the D/A conversion rate and the parallel signal processcapacity are discussed respectively. Then, some engineering technologies areresearched, for example, the high-speed mixed-signal circuit board design technology,the high-speed parallel signal transmission technology between two boards and thehigh effect-cost jammer production technology. With the research results applying tojammer, the high density multi-channel AD sample board, the signal process board and the multi-channel jamming production board are designed successfully.
