Research On Detection Technology Of Small Target In Infrared Images

With the infrared detection technology development, the infrared detection systemin military and civilian two aspects of the application is more and more widely. As akind of passive detection technology, infrared detection technology in target fastdetection requirements more and higher, so remote, low SNR environment of infraredsmall target detection of infrared detection system become one of the key technologies.This paper around of small target detection of infrared image characteristics aredeeply analyzed, and in the light of infrared image pretreatment, backgroundsuppression and small target detection, and other key issues were studied. The mainresearch content is as follows:First of all, in order to improve the infrared scene medium and small targetdetection ability, need to do image preprocessing, mainly including the image filteringprocessing and background suppression, these jobs are in order to facilitate subsequentto the extraction of target, and then improve the target detection performance. Thebackground suppression is mainly through the background forecast and the originalimage difference to achieve. This paper efficiently by using the pretreatmentcombination, can effective reduction infrared image real background, on subsequentinfrared small target detection provide good signal noise ratio.Secondly, studying of infrared small target pretreatment combination algorithms,according to the characteristics of infrared small target to commonly used algorithmsare analyzed, including high order quantity statistics method, fuzzy reasoning testmethod, and put forward a variety of target feature fusion detection method.At last, this paper analysis of the infrared small target detection and tracking imageprocessing platform of the system composition and structure feature, and the algorithmto realize DSP was studied, and the algorithm of the module appear in optimized,。Thesystem resources reasonable distribution, algorithm and procedures of simplificationand optimization measures to realize the infrared small target image detection.
