In the current natural disasters, underground coal mine accident-prone era, anincreasing need for a set of field command system for emergency rescue and disasterrelief. For example, when the underground coal mine gas explosion, flooding, collapseaccident, the originally emplaced communication facilities such as underground fiberoptic cable, telephone line may be completely destroyed and rescue workers to go downthrough the twisted pair connection special equipment to complete the with Inoue staffcommunication the underground environmental data such as gas concentration,temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide concentration, and other parameterstransmitted to the ground.This special communication device can be realized throughthe V.34transmission technology, the technology transfer distance up to15km, lowpower consumption, minimum power can be as low as1w, to ensure the equipment longcontinuous working hours.In this thesis, based on the V.34modem technology narrow the number of words issuch a relief and rescue emergency command and communication system with thetransmission system, the system has a transmission distance, number of words with thetransfer characteristics. This thesis first describes the background and significance ofresearch, and related technologies platform specific DSP technology, V.34modulationand demodulation techniques, speech coding, compression technology, data voicemultiplexer tap technology, program-controlled switching technology. After the basis ofthese technologies, the introduction of the general framework of programs andfunctional structure of the system, the and CCS2.0software development environmenthas made a detailed description of the system is divided into the communication module,speech coding, compression modules, data and voice subdivision then four modules ofthe module, voice switching module. In the fourth chapter of these four functionalmodules of the design and implementation make detailed and specific exposition. In thearticle the concluding part of the work of the thesis with conclusions and researchprospects.
