The brain of human is the most complex system in nature, different functionregional interaction coordination constitute a network to play a function. Aiming at the braindisease depression, we use of text data mining tools for the brain disease associationstrength active key brain regions, using the tool we can also get the key brain regionsassociated intensity between the established depression brain weights of network model,and finally we can complete brain network model graphics expression, in order to reveala kind of brain disease key brain regions network mapping. At the same time, we alsohope that our work will be helpful to the workers who have straight forward do thebrain disease medical research.1First, starting from the complex system of the human brain, the simpledescription of some of the basic concepts of the brain network research and significance,and then study the complexity of the introduction of a complex network.
