In recent years, the slow light technology has attracted the attention of people. Realizationmethod of the slow light: Electromagnetic induction is transparent、Wavelength conversion anddispersion、Number of coherent population oscillation、Bragg grating、Stimulated brillouinscattering and Fabr-Perot,etc. Among them, the method of using stimulated brillouin scattering,caused the people’s interests. It is a measure of simple, flexible and easy to operate at room tempe-rature. Delay time can be more flexible control, ease of integration and cascade, applies to multi-channel communication system, etc. Therefore,the slow light technology is romising future inpractical application in optical communication system.Now researchers using brillouin scattering control slow light, in the latency perfor-mance,high gain, the light cache, etc. Because of the influence of the dispersion factor, light signals inthe process of transmission pulse waveform distortion easily Therefore,it is necessary to carry outwaveform breaks, ensure the normal order of the signal transmission.This paper adopted a double broadband experimental model of pumping light, appropriatingchoice of two pump power and spectral width, on top of the formation can be calculated with thetotal gain spectrum and waveform distortion control.Based on the above ideas, this article research work is as follows:1.Under the small signal gain (linear),building broadband pumped optical model. from thecomplex amplitude of input pulsesE(0,ω) and the complex amplitude of the output pulse E(Z,ω),are applied to solve the transfer function H(ω) of optical fiber get gain function g(ω) expression,further, delay time ΔTd, the brillouin gain index G, pulse broadening factor B,and the third orderdispersion.2.Through the two pump power ratio q as a media, discussing q value on pulse parameters(including: flatness, pulse gain, pulse phase shift and time delay and delay rate), And finddemarcation point (q=1)about speed of slow and fast light.3.According to the dispersion of pulse deformation were analyzed, and the comparison ofpulse waveform changes when considering the dispersion and dispersion images. For the pulsebroadening in-depth discussion, get the pulse broadening zero reference point, as well as the compression zone and broadening area of the gaussian pulse waveform.According to the theory of stimulated brillouin scattering showed that saturated gain latencyperformance is the main factor, and discussing the delay rate to the brillouin gain coefficient.
