With the continuous increase of party management, Guiyang Medical College party members and information management has become one of the party committee and even the key construction projects under the jurisdiction of each party organizations. In this thesis, combined with my school business management, design a basic information management, the development of the management of party members, party members and flow management, management of relations adapter, general election management, membership dues management, organizational life management, report management and system management function module Guiyang Medical College, party members and management information systems.In this thesis, using the UML modeling language, Guiyang Medical College party management information systems modeling with Rational Rose modeling tool, complete party management information systems through the use case diagram, package diagram, activity diagram and timing diagram analysis and overall design; actual combination of Guiyang Medical College party management uses B/S design pattern as my school party management information systems architecture; complete the database in the database design stage, by the ER diagram to the relational schema (relational tables) conceptual structure design and logic design.Guiyang Medical College, through the construction of the party members and management information system, completely solve the evils of the traditional party management, effectively regulate the applicant to join the party to positive from application to join the party for the party members and a series of processes, real party work management network, standardization, intelligent.
