With the development of science and technology, as well as the increase of laborcosts, robotic techniques have been widely used to improving production efficiency andproduct quality. Teaching system is an indispensable measure to meet the demands ofman-machine conversation. It plays a more and more important role in the system.The paper designs and implements a teaching system based on Windows CEembedded system and the single document templates of MFC for five-axis injectionhandling device. Firstly, giving the basic knowledge of teaching and programmingmethods for robot and the history of robot language, and comparing the differentteaching methods, then present the system that meets the functionality of the task bookrequirements. Secondly, using a modular design approach, the complicated system wasdivided into several subsystems with relatively independent functions, all subsystemsmeet the injection molding machine industry standards. Finally, this paper designs asimple, friendly, convenient and consistent man-machine interface based on ergonomicstheory to meet industry customs.Acceptance conclusions show that interface display is intuitive, clear, and easy tooperate.In a word, the whole design meets the system design requirements.
