Analyzed by Electromagnetic analysis software Ansoft Maxwell2D, takingasymmetric structure differential displacement sensor as research object, thisdissertation studies the sensor modeling and electromagnetic performance simulation.On the basis of the recording function of Ansoft Maxwell, this dissertationproposes a parameterization modeling method of asymmetric structure differentialdisplacement sensor on the strength of VB Script. First of all, based on a script whichrecords the whole process of modeling and electromagnetic simulation, the authormarks the parameters of the pattern design of this script. Secondly, the author modifiesthese noted parameters into parameter values inputted by designer so that the amendedscript can be identified by Ansoft Maxwell. Finally, the parameterization modeling andelectromagnetic simulation can be established through running this modified script inAnsoft Maxwell.The method effectively combined the structural design and electromagneticproperties simulation of the differential displacement sensor, shortened the simulationcycle, and improved the efficiency of the development of new products; simultaneously,the labor of the designers was greatly reduced, and it also offered help for parametricdesign of all kinds of sensors in the future.
