Design And Implement Of The Basics Of Computer Application System Based On WEB

With the wide application of computer and multimedia technology, more and more work, study and living cannot do without the convenient of computer. Particular in the field of office, MSS has already been widely adopted in different company offices. What’s more, MSS covers most of the job content and process in daily office work. Considered as a subsystem of MSS, online examine system ranges more and more widely.At present, in order to encourage technical staff to focus on the technical work and guide them to enhance the technical level continuously as well as provide support for the assessment of employee occupation development, skills evaluation and post management, the company implements qualification accreditation of technology staff. The activity divides into theoretical test and skills assessment. In earlier stage, the company organized theoretical test by written form at pilot areas. However, during the testing process there exist some problems such as chaotic examination room, serious cheating, low efficiency on paper grading and score management etc.In this paper, we will design and implement an online WEBEXAM aiming at the drawbacks existing in written exam form. Via B/S accessing mode, all of the testing questions are added to background databases of the system. Each system visitor has its corresponding access authority assigned by system administrator. Examinees login the system via the unique username and password and finish online testing. If the background database verify correctly, examinee can do the final test online. When the time countdown to zero, system retrieve the test paper automatically. To the object items, the system will get the score automatically and to the subjective items, it will turn to the help of the teachers and then give final testing scores.Via the implement of the designed system, it can resolve the different drawbacks of the written testing process and can greatly improve the efficiency of the whole testing process and the paper grading, score counting and management of the teachers.
