Smartphone is a new type of mobile phone. Comparing with traditional mobile phone, smartphone develops rapidly during recent years. And because of its powerful, it is more popular with people, which makes it becomes the main tool of communication. At the same time, more criminals begin to use smart phone to fraud, steal personal privacy information and do other criminal acts. Thus, getting clues from smartphones quickly and efficiently becomes critical in order to crack these kinds of criminals.This article is based on the study of Android smartphone forensics and related issues. Android is a smartphone operating system and has been developing rapidly in recent years. Android is open source code and fastly becoming the top market share in smart phone operating system. The research on forensic of Android platform not only can help people to learn about this OS, but also the experince can be extended to other smartphone operating system platforms. In this paper, we firstly make a brief introduction to the smartphone forensics research in recently years. Then the key data format and its storage location of the Android system is listed. Next we analyze the data of the forensics process and describe how to use the Android system data extraction tool, which converts data into the intelligent analysis requiring format. After Android system data is extracted, it will be transfered to forensics server and analyzed by server-side intelligent analysis tools. Once possible evidence file is gotten, the tools can demonstrate visually to forensic investigators. Therefor forensic investigators could avoid suffering the heavy artificial find freed analysis process. Text classification algorithm is used to excavate the evidence, and dependency grammar is used to extract and combine classification features. Such feature fusion syntactic structure is more representative when expressing the true meaning of sentences, and experiment results show that our approach is able to get better results.The automation of smartphone forensics is the most important step in the whole forensics process, which not only need to reduce the forensics work, but also need to ensure the fullly and effectively access to data. Use text classification algorithm to achieve smart phone forensics automated has a positive meaning.
