Based on the application of earthen sites protection, we obtain environment data automatically by using wireless sensor network to monitor earthen sites instead of artificial methods. The new method has solved these problems of lack of real-time, long-term monitoring and a lot of consumption of manpower and material resources. If we want to use these data for the conservation of earthen sites, challenges and limitations are as follows:Because of the limitation of hardware and software in wireless sensor network, some problems are inevitable in a large number of monitoring data, such as data missing, data error and system error. Analysis and modeling of the conservation of earthen sites using these dirty data causes the declinational and wrong analysis results. In the field of earthen sites protection, they haven’t reached a consensus on the relationship between the environment and the Survival condition of earthen sites. How to use the data to create a site reasonable and effective assessment model for protection of earthen sites is also a important problem to be solved. On the one hand, this paper studies the cleaning steps and methods of some appropriate data by means of eliminating error data, filling missing data, marking the abnormal data and eliminating system error to improve the quality of data. On the other hand, this paper also builds the evaluation model for survival condition of earthen sites in order to achieve the protection of them. First of all, we analyze mainstream relationship norms between environmental status and survival status in the relic protection field. Then we create the survival evaluation model of earthen sites based on the immune system’s danger theory. Finally, we excavate the survival of the state by using the assessment model to analyze the data from the site so as to achieve the purpose of the conservation of earthen sites. The main research work includes the following aspects:1) Research on data cleaning technology for Wireless Sensor NetworksWith the instability of wireless sensor network node, slow changes of cultural survival state, strong temporal correlation and weak spatial correlation between data of each node, we analyze the class of defect and the reasons. Based on the temporal and spatial correlation between the node data, we establish the basic data set to reject error data, complete missing data and mark abnormal data.2) Establish survival condition assessment model based on danger theoryTo begin with, we summary the mainstream soil conservation standards and relation between soil site environment and survival status. Then we analyze the similarity between the danger theory and the survival evaluation model of earthen sites and map the danger theory steps to each step of survival model of the soil sites. Finally, we establish the evaluation model of earthen sites survival state based on danger theory and do experiment on simulated soil samples to assess their survival conditions as the reference of relic protection personnel.
