Under the information age, with the rapid development of wireless communication technology, it requires higher communication quality and transmission rate, however, the limited resources not only restricts the efficiency of signal processing, but also affects the data transmission rate. The most major problem of communication signal processing is the automatic recognition of modulation signals; there are several barriers of communication in data transmission, which are showed as follow:improve the transmitting power and spectrum utilization rate as well as increasing user capacity. In this paper, in order to solve the main question which exist in communication system. Firstly, the rough set theory has been applied to the self-organization modulation recognition, the subject has been realized the attribute reduction of signal, calculated the reduction and nuclear based on the theory; then, the neural network has used minimal decision-making table for building the classification and extracting the main characteristic parameters. The combination of them has realized signal automatic modulation recognition, the technology not only has reduced the training time by compacting network structure, but also has enhanced the recognition effect by improving the accuracy of the modulation signal’classification. Further, for the sake of compensating insufficient of the STBC based on transmit diversity technique and the vertical BLAST based on spatial multiplexing technique, channels could change pattern automatically between STBC and V-BLAST, the receiving end has made on its own performance estimate, in accordance with channel estimation matrix, selected the optimum mode to feedback to the transmitter (closed-loop mode), according to the switching criterion. Transmitter could switch to the corresponding transmission to adapt to channel changes following the instructions. Simulation results have showed that the automatic replacement program had better performance than a separate coding. Finally, this paper has analyzed and improved algorithm from the perspective of Encoding and Decoding Principle, comparing with several commonly used detection algorithms, it has showed that the GDM-VBLAST detection algorithm combined with extended channel idea based on MMSE criterion could bring higher MIMO-OFDM communication system performance, not only has improved the error rate of overall system also reduced the noise interference in the low SNR.
