With the development of the Internet, P2P technologies become the main means of dissemination of a variety of applications, and even the important direction of development of the Internet., by its unlimited scalability and powerful transmission capacity, The streaming media technology is streaming on the network to transfer files efficiently and real-time. Because, the traditional C/S mode make the development of streaming services face many constraints such as bandwidth and scalability, so by the P2P model to solve the bottleneck problem has been widely appreciated streaming services.This paper studies the fluency of P2P streaming media playback, first analyse the status of P2P streaming media and then focuses on the algorithm based on a neighboring adaptive cache data select, to improve the fluency of P2P streaming media playback by improve the stratey of data dispatch, analyse and improve the algorithm of TCP Reno from transport layer, to reduce the network bandwidth occupancy rate of BitTorrent download applictaion. The main work of the paper as follows:First, a algorithm based on contiguous adaptive cache data select is composed by study the caching strategy of P2P streaming media system. Considered the location information of optional nodes, and then ascertain the bandwidth and delay of two nodes, calculate the node comprehensive propinquity. To download data based on the comprehensive propinquity can ensure fluency of streaming media video playback.Second, Investigate the algorithm of TCP Reno, and reduce the network bandwidth occupancy rate of packet loss feedback. Estimate the network congestion by compave the RTT and the average during the congestion avoidance stage; reduce the window limen of cogestion based on real-time RTT can decrease the packet of TCP during network congestion. Applicate the improved congestion algorithm to BitTorrent protocol, can reduce the network bandwidth occupancy rate of BitTorrent download to increase the throughput of P2P streaming media, and improve the fluency of P2P streaming media playback Third, A NexusBT design framework of P2P streaming video download and playback prototype system based on the Android platform is composed, laid the foundation for the key technology of P2P streaming in a real environment.The results of this research for improving the fluency of P2P streaming video playback has a certain value.
