Ntelligent Video Surveillance System Based On3D Model

Video surveillance technology is an application of computer technology and other cross-disciplinary, traditional video surveillance systems rely on human monitoring, prone to make misstatements and omissions, it is also difficult to monitor information collected by multiple cameras. So, in the paper,I proposes a system to use intelligent algorithm to detect moving target from monitored area and maps it to the dynamic monitoring system in the virtual roaming space to achieve the improvement of traditional video surveillance technology, and improve the work efficiency and accuracy.Firstly, the paper introduced space roaming and video surveillance technology and discussed their development trends. Finally proposed the idea of monitoring system discussed in this paper.Then make the monitoring of Jilin University Computer Building as the goal, make elicitation and analysis of system requirements.Divided system functions into modules, and made the system design. Got the system use case diagrams. Selected the development environment.Use development software selected to realize each function of the dynamic monitoring system. And made a detailed description of intelligent video surveillance algorithms.
