Recent years, with the popularity of smart mobile devices in life, mobile GIS application developed rapidly, the demand for more and more widely. The current mobile operating system is of great variety, renewal speed is very fast, hardware performance rise ceaselessly, mobile navigation system design and the traditional navigation system are quite different.For example, unlike traditional car navigation systems, mobile navigation system is generally installed in the user’s mobile phone or portable devices, not the specific navigation device; In general, users will carry it and hope can not only navigation driving route, also hope to be able to walk navigation route.For these situations, this paper designs and implements the tourism-oriented hybrid mobile navigation system.This paper analyses and summarizes the current mobile navigation system development present situation, and compared the several mobile navigation map at home and abroad, this paper sums up the advantages and disadvantages of tourism for the hybrid mobile navigation system should have cross-platform consistency, easy operation, interface is good, the characteristics of the comprehensive functions. This paper from four aspects about mobile navigation system design and implementation: firstly introduces the cross-platform middleware z11design and function, and the navigation system is dependent on the basis of z11; According to the source of the map may be web map or local vector map, and then introduced the navigation map design, including grid and vector map design; According to the characteristics of mobile devices, this paper introduces the basic navigation function of the structure design, including geographic data organization, rendering and search.This paper summarizes the work has been completed, and put forward the tourism for the hybrid navigation system development direction.
