Underwater Wireless Sensor Networks had been known as Underwater Acoustic Sensor Networks. UWSN are self-organized networks with a great deal of small nodes, which are composed of sensors, data processing and communication modules.with acoustic signal as the communication medium. In recent years, the technology of UWSN has being developing rapidly. In underwater acoustic environment, it is considerable number of factors to impact the networks’ communications and movement, so as, it is impossible to evaluate the performance of those factors. In this paper, we analyzes the characteristics of underwater wireless sensor networks, then introduces the environmental factors, to impact underwater acoustic channel, At the same time, these factors also affect the entire network environment mobility. In order to be more clearly to research UWSN, it is necessary to model the acoustic environment.First, this paper studies the acoustic absorption and sea path loss problem. Through analyzing the experimental result, we choose the best communication frequency and radius.Secondly, this paper compares several typical mobility models of nodes and contrasts to their defects and the suitable application environment. Then, we choose the meandering flow model to study, turning it into a3D structure of the network mobility model. And it is quested that localization of the networks. Through analyzing the simulation of the underwater channel, RTOF is more suitable for ranging. Because it needs no exact time synchronization and the errors are acceptable.According to the above researches, we design a kind of predicting localization algorithm based on double AUVs. Through the experimental analysis, we compared the gap between the trajectory of using our localization algorithm and the real. For more clearly understanding localization accuracy, it is calculated that the errors of the vertical and horizontal direction with the change of the times. It is Verified the advantage of our method.
