Design Of A Visual Two-dimentional Barcode For Identification

Visual Two-dimensional Barcode is a novel of two-dimensional barcode, which carrying certain information and combining image processing technology and code technology to improve the traditional two-dimensional barcode only as a abstract information carrier. Recently, there been many researches for visual two-dimensional barcode. For some visual two-dimensional barcodes, although the visual quality is better, the image in embedded barcode can be easily replaced with other image while the information maybe recognized correctly.In this paper, we designed a visual two-dimensional barcode with identify authentication. Firstly, the size of204×204pixel grayscale image as a carrier image,using facial feature point positioning method based on the geometric characteristics of the carrier image, select the18feature points as the identity of the facial features. Using point error diffusion halftone processing as to the carrier image, in order to ensure a robust feature of the barcode.18signatures and their coordinates as the feature point information involved in encoding, the resulting visual two-dimensional bar code. According to the feature point coordinates in the barcode recognition process, first determine the signature position, and finally compare feature point information with code blocks of the image to determine whether the information decoding.While if the image in our barcode is replaced with other image, the information can’t be recognized correctly, and decoding in the bar code will display an error to start the alarm system; otherwise, the information in the barcode can be recognized correctly, our barcode has more widely applications. For instance, in personal ID’s, driving licenses, passports and some other named ticketing system, including more popular Network Real name System(NRS). Real-name visitors by setting a certain permission level on some websites, forums, blogs, thereby improving network security. In this paper,the design of two-dimensional bar code can be used as the highest authority of the real-name system mechanism. During the visit, providing the appropriate information based on user access rights. For example, at the highest level of access required to provide personal avatar photo, if this information provided is in full compliance, the visitors then have the appropriate access rights. Therefore, the design of the bar code in this article has a certain degree of competitiveness in the visual effects, the information capacity, application value.
