The Synthetic Impulse and Aperture Radar (SIAR), a new style VHF radar, adopt radiate with sparsity antenna in all orientation,beam-forming of transmitting array and receiving array is dealt with signal processing, due to full interspace of transmitting energy, Since SIAR advantage low intercept and capture, scanning of antenna is not restricted by the data rate, the far off distance data rate is higher than general radar,track target use higher data rate.This article has analyzed the big time-wideband width product signal in view of the SIAR characteristic. The big signal energy can only depend widely enlarges signal when obtains. The pulse compression system increases the signal bandwidth through each different modulation mode. The band width during the guarantee has high distance resolution to be possible to launch the wide pulse to increase system’s average emissive power thus enhanced system’s detectability. The pulse Doppler frequency with the linearly frequency modulated pulse compression performance influence SIAR enters president when the time coherent accumulation exists the question and solution, analyzed the different frequency modulation bandwidth to the pulse compression performance influence. The storage time only receives the target travel and the radar parameter limit. The Adaptive Digital Beamforming (ADBF), an effective technology of cancellating jammers, has become an important aspect in the future. Studing the ADBF and appling it to the SIAR becomes the topic of this paper. The existing algorithms of the ADBF are studied, the merits and demerits of these algorithms SMI orthogonality projection and orthogonalization algorithm are discussed, Finally it analyse signal processing engineering, adopt semaphore channel design signal, the reasonableness having been in progress to hardware resource and arithmetic amounts assign the feasibility handling project realization. The signal designing that the period of time receiving64cells can accomplish2000wave beams at the same time. It is the base for project application.
