In the informational age, with a great increase of school’s size and student’snumber, the amount of information is also increasing in double, which makes thestudents’ administration work more and more difficult. Therefore the managementsystem of student status is a kind of scientific management tool that is accurate,efficient, fast and convenient. It can replace a lot of manual managements which aretedious and easily to make mistakes. It also can improve the school management level,working quality and efficiency. Moreover, it can promote other administration work inschool, realize the modernization in campus and the process of informatization,improve school’s level, and accelerate the development of teaching business.In the school management system, the user’s access time has the stagecharacteristics. In accessing peak, it requires a lot of service cluster to meet user needs.Even by increasing physical server to resolve this problem, but in the off-peak period,the most of the system resources in these physical servers are idle, not only resultingin a waste of resources, but also bring huge pressures of management andmaintenance on enterprises. And no matter how high the physical server performance,application or operating system always is a limiting factor, such as limiting thenumber of processes what makes it impossible to carry out a parallel computing inonly one machine, and also will eventually affect the user experience. Throughvirtualization technology research and application, a good performance physicalserver can be into multiple virtual servers. Although the allocation of resources toeach virtual server is not as same as the original physical server, but they can solveprocess problems between parallel computing, which more fully utilize the resourcesof the physical server.Therefore, this thesis uses a virtualization deployment scheme based onOpenStack to solve above problems. Firstly, it introduces the present situation ofcloud computing both at home and abroad, and the definition of cloud computing andits key technology. Secondly, while studying OpenStack frames, it introduces relatedtechnology of how to build the cloud platform by the OpenStack, and how to makethe image of virtual server according to the requirement of the users. Then, it providesa monitoring mechanism for the cluster virtual platform which enables the technicianto monitor the real time situation of the virtual servers and resources used. It alsoprovides an adapter layer interface to provide basic data for load balancing strategy ofthe PaaS layer service. Finally, the thesis designs and realizes a kind of deploymentplan by the virtalization technology.Through setting application servers’ priority of thestudent managerment system, limiting the low priority’s application server occupy thehigh priority one by the virtalization technology. It makes different applications been involed resourses islation. When nodes of the clusters have some problems, thesystem can seamlessly migrate. At the same time, it can easily invoke the resourcesfrom resource pool by its busy degree. By this way, we can not only save the time ofmachine halt, but also effectively ensure the service level and response time. Userswon’t feel all the backstage adjustments and operations, so it greatly reduces theimpact on business, and what users enjoy is consistently high quality services.
