Medical imaging technology plays an important role in social healthcare andprovides a reliable basis for diagnosing the illness, among which the near-infrareddiffuse optical tomography (NIR-DOT) is an ideal and non-destructive organismdetection technology, and it can provide effective help for the early detection andtreatment of the disease. In the near-infrared diffuse optical tomography technology, itis a crucial aspect to build a geometric model of the organism structure contour and itaffects the detection accuracy of the heterogeneity in organism directly, so thethree-dimensional reconstruction of organism tissue contour has great significance.At present, with the development of science and technology, the intelligentnon-contact3D measurement methods have gained wide attention and structured light3D measurement technology becomes more mature, but its high precisionmechanically driven apparatus improve the cost greatly, thus it is very difficult for thepopularization and application. To solve this problem, this paper reconstructed themodel of irregular convex body based on the correlation technique of computer vision,using the reconstruction result to simulate the organism tissues contour, and laying thefoundation for the further study of the diffused light tissue function imaging. Theobtained achievements are as follows:(1) Analyzing the measurement theory, structure and method about the3Dmeasurement system based on the line structure light, and aiming at the backgroundof this topic, a sensible solution about3D measurement system is designed.Calibrating the parameters of camera and line structure light plane, the parameters ofthe whole measurement system can be obtained. Laying the foundation for the furthermeasurement.(2) Aiming at the measuring approach in the thesis, the surface profile of3Dobject in one direction can be measured using the line laser driven by stepper motor.And the other point cloud views also can be obtained by rotating the rotatingplatform.(3) Based on the characteristics of the3D measurement system, a pair wiseregistration method based laser marking points is presented. Comparing with othertraditional methods, the experimental results showed that the improved registrationalgorithm has a great advantage in the application environment of this topic. Combingwith the multi-view approach, the whole contour information of the target object wasobtained, meanwhile, subsequently, the accuracy of the measurement system and themain strategies related to improving its performance have been analyzed.(4) Based on the system operational principle and workflow, the functional modules of system software are accomplished with VC++6.0\OPENCV\OPENGL.
