Research And Design Of Smart Home System Based On ZigBee Technology And Face Recognition

With the rise ofInternet of Things,Wireless communication technology has become a development trend ofsmart home. Follow the development trend, This paper designs a solution of smart homesystem based on face recognition system of ZigBee technology.There are three parts whichconsists of the entire control system, respectively is the intelligent gateway. ZigBeewireless network and ARM controller module. The intelligent gateway is a PC in thehome. It is the center cotroller of the smart home system.It receiveds datas from otherequipments and processes the data of the whole system.It is connected with PC, camera,ZigBee module and GSM.The familly numbers can use phone and PC control equipmentsin the smart home.The network in the home building with ZigBee technology.It is acluster tree network.The ZigBee coordinator device is connected with intelligent gateway.It is the hub of intelligent home network information exchange.The ARM controller as theaccess controller, for face recognition, and the recognition results feedback to the homefurnishing intelligent ateway by Socket communication.This smart home system paper is a comprehensive application of ZigBee technology,face recognition technology, Linux embedded system application technology andelectronic circuit knowledge. Through the analysis of theoretical research and marketdemand,this paper proposed a solutions of smart home.It is easy to build a inner networdand familly numbers can could remotely monitor and control the situation of home by avariety of methods. This scheme has been tested and we can Conclude that the functions ofhome automation can be better achieved. At the same time,The formation of internalnetwork is very convenient.People can controll household equipments by a variety ofmethods.Therefore,this system is a trend of development of smart home.In the future,thereis a very good application prospects.
