Office automation is becoming more necessary along with the modernization and high efficiency of information processing in21st century in China. As talents in enterprises and institutions have already been key development competitiveness human resources information process system turns to be an important part of management. In vocational colleges, it has also been a development direction and trend to improve the level and efficiency of human resources management for the leaders to make right strategic decisions on the basis of quick-view of staff information. Human resources management system with high efficient reaction provides favorable conditions for full use of human resources. So, developing a human resources management system must be enforced.This management system is designed to satisfy the demands of human resources department especially in vocational colleges, and moreover, it is easier to operate and costs less money than the former one. The system is developed strictly according to the process related to the software design:the over all analysis of demands, the precise design of database, the generating of code, and detailed test of software.In this article, the present situation and development trends of human resources management system are simply introduced first. The author’s aim is referred to, too. The author gives a full consideration to the demands of the organization structure and the business processing in the present human resources management system and makes a systematic design of code frame. The flow chart of each code is designed by the code frame. The achievement of the HRMS is illustrated and the code is given detailed explanation as well.
