As the main traditional material transfer way, railway transport shows its core statusin the transport industry. The current railway freight transportation mode is one of thecountry’s coal transportation. In Daqin railway coal line as an example, coal gondola carcarrying70%of the nation’s electricity supply, who has made a significant contribution toalleviate the coal oil transportation condition.The coal gondola car use not unhookinghomework three car dumper system for discharge. A series of problems such as Couplerbroken, brake failure,the train derailment restrict on the train transportation ability, thispaper research is mainly aimed at main problems of qinhuangdao port dumping-couplingbroken. Once the coal gondola car in dumping appeared in the process of car-reversephenomenon (the connection on both ends of the carriages are fixed-hooks), which notonly influence the production efficiency, but also caused great economic loss to theenterprise.In order to prevent car-reverse phenomenon, the paper introduced the design of theautomatic car-reverse detected equipment, which identificated by using the relationship ofduct shape and car-reverse phenomenon. This equipment interactively communicates withthe dumper system and controls the upper computer for triggering the industrial laser andcamera to acquire data and field picture. It will give response depended on its detectedresult. It is automatic operation during the whole Procedures, without any manualintervene at all.Considering the complexity of the scene environment and running the uncertainty ofthe tram,we Put forward a type Mamdani fuzzy reasoning based on the coal gondola carwagons as a testing method. First a method of adaptive threshold is used to extract theinformation about brake ducts, wheels and hooks. The second, basing on the experience ofthe operator and the analysis of a large number of sample data, key characteristic data isselected to construct the fuzzy rule database after the information preprocessing, and thereasoning results are obtained now. Then the reasoning results are sent to the mastercontrol system in real-time, realize the tram for continuous auto-run. First complete the fuzzy reasoning algorithm of simulation research in MATLABplatform; then system program is developed in Visual C++6.0platform, which includesthe upper interface design of the car-reverse phenomenon detecting system, the data’sacquisition and communications, the login identification function, the parameter settingfunction, the data storage function, the background algorithm function, as well as thenecessary since the diagnosis function, etc.According to the actual data’s collected in Qinhuangdao Port CO. LTD where thisequipment services, the system can accurately extract the brake duct, wheels and othermajor features, and the data noise and noise pollution has the high anti-jamming capability,put an end to the omission of accident, can accurately identify the most car reversephenomenon, meet the real-time requirements, the recognition accuracy of99.72%.Successful apply for a patent, is gradually used widely in other ports.
