In this paper, synchronization of neuron network is investigated based on a coupledneural oscillator autonomous system. Firstly, single FitzHugh-Nagumo neuron modelis analyzed, the neurons are put in the background of oscillation based on the analysisresults; Secondly, the neuron coupling with and without delay are developed and neu-rons are integrated to build a neural network. Finally, both coupling induced and delayinduced synchronization are investigated and the condition for neuron synchronizationis given. These researches enrich the biological theory of computer simulation and areof high theoretical and practical significance in areas of medicine, biology and so on.The contents of this paper are as follows:In chapter1, the background information of biologic neuron network and dynamicsystem with delay are presented, and the developments in recent years are introduced.The main work is stated briefly.In chapter2, we build a neural network by coupling connection with delay anddiscuss the conditions that the neurons synchronize based on the different parametervalues in the system.In chapter3, we build a neural network by both coupling connection with delayand coupling connection without delay, and discuss the conditions that the neuronssynchronize in the system.
