The System is to service China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, anddozens of affiliated research institutes Branch market information, and will to furtherimprove the Group headquarters Institute of civilian market segment management andcontrol capability, further resources unified to form the whole group of companies,processes, systemscomprehensive, coordinated operation and efficient informationservices support platform. Through the application system construction, to reduceprocurement costs, expand sales range, improve the efficiency of technical services,enhance the goal of the Group construction company information.In order to reflect the advanced principles of system design, so the system usestheRuby language, combined with Ruby on Rails framework and bases on B/Sstructure.According to the user group in system is divided into three parts, individualmember enterprises, members and administrators, each of them has its uniquefunction. The paper base on the demand of the structure, system design, databasestructure design and detailed design of modules, and finally achieves the wholesystem. The paper also descripts the individual member of service, enterprise memberservice, press conference system and background management system in detail.Thissystem has been tested and it has more perfect function and friendly interface, achievethe expected the design requirements.The system satisfies the expansibility andmaintainability.
