China has entered the aging society society, along with the increase in thenumber of elderly people, health care for the elderly has become the research hotspot.As the physical function of aging, older people daily life easy to fall. Elderly fall cancause a lot of problems, such as the elderly bone calcium content in low, after the fallof easy fracture; In addition, fell to cause cerebral hemorrhage, myocardial infarctionand other diseases. Therefore, how to care the elderly activity, lower in the elderly fallinjuries have very high research value. At present domestic and international to fallstate judgment is still at an early stage, common methods include:(1)The user independent start alarm equipment, this equipment requires the userto keep awake state start, and after the fall is likely to lose action ability, no activealarm, it will cause very serious consequences.(2) The video monitoring equipment, video surveillance equipment can capturethe elderly fall state, but it requires a large amount of real time observation of elderlystate.This paper aimed at older people fall monitoring equipment problems research,design a wearable fell recognition, alarm system. The system adopts3accelerometerand gyroscope tectonic activities of the elderly sensing equipment, and the use ofBluetooth devices will be perceived to transmit the data to the mobile phone based onthe Android; through the experimental structure detemination threshold of fall,judging whether older adults fall algorithm, the development of mobile phone fell todetermine the procedures. Elderly fall, will promptly through mobile phone alarm,thereby reducing the loss caused by older people fall to.
