With CAD/CAM technology increasingly application for product’s development,the experiment data is low security and effectiveness because of experiment’s featurewhere an amount of data and document is not easy to manage. In this regard, it isnecessary to establish a management information system for scientific researchexperiment projects.This paper researches and develops the management system of experiment dataand model for experiment project of large Longmen milling machine’s interface.Relying on computer and network technology, this system is able to centralizedmanage the data, model and document that experiment result in and supplyexperiential formula for Longmen milling machine’s calculation. It is not onlyefficient to manage the data, but also safe and visual to display experiment results.The main work of this paper is focused on the following aspects:Firstly, this paper takes the Object-oriented method to analyze the requirementand feasibility for the system,it also analyze the feasibility of system developmentaccording to the three aspects of technology, economy and security and analyze thesystem’s function need, operation need and user need by making use ofoperation-process and example diagram.Secondly, this paper researches MVC design model base on J2EE and analyzethe advantage of this design model in system’s development and use. Themanagement system of interface experiment data and model is develop by using themodel of Model12(JSP+JavaBean+Servlet Model) which is MVC design model, itcan separate menu display from logic calculation to make the system highertransplantation, stronger logicality, easily maintenance and update.Thirdly, modeling and design the system reference to data-base, systemfunctional model and framework on the basis of interface experiment’s data andmodel system requirement’s analysis. Establish a data model of this system accordingto conception structural design and logic structural design. Export the data list thatdata-base can deal with,establish function model of this system and conduct detailedanalysis for three module of milling machine performance predictionmanagenment,interface data management and user management.analyze the feartureand advantage of B/S framework,confirm this system to use B/S framework base on MVC design model.Finally, it establishes developing and operating environment of the system,developed management system of interface experiment data and model based onMVC design model. JSP+JavaBean+Servlet implementation method will be describedin System.
