Research And Design Of The Construction Trading Information Platform

The Construction Trading Information Platform is the basic conditions for theConstruction Market to carry out fair and open trading activities. Existing platformshave been unable to meet the growing requirement of the management center. There isan urgent need to develop a platform with strong expansion, easy configuration andhigh quality of service.In this paper, the Construction Trading Information Platform is developed basedon the analysis of the requirement. Aiming at improving the platform, dynamicconfiguration of the system organization structure, project type and automatic taskallocation mechanism are realized based on the research on access control technologyand load balancing technology. When designing the organizational structure of thesystem, the key idea is as follows. The design is based on extended role-based accesscontrol technology. Units and menus are organized by tree structure. Add the typeproperty for the unit to identify the structure of the multi-level center. Design aunified interface, to ensure that the module with the rest of the system of low couplingand convenient system developers. When designing the automatic task allocationmechanism, the key idea is as follows. The core of the design is dynamic feedbackload balancing ideology. The mechanism computes weights for staff according to theirhandling capacity. And during system operation, the weights are adjustedautomatically. Design a complete process to apply the mechanism to the platform, andspecific example is given in order to help the reader have a better understanding of thecomplete operation of the mechanism.At present, the Construction Trading Information Platform which is developedby the author and others has been put into operation for nearly half a year. Theplatform is operating normally which means the requirement is met.
