With the rapid development of social economy and the increase of people’sexchange activities, the quickly growth of high-speed data communication andmulti-service of the users cause tremendous pressure on the current communicationnetwork. The most important job of the mobile operators is improving throughput ofthe communication network and providing better and reliable communication servicesfor the blind spot areas. LTE system is main stream technology of the forth generationmobile communication system, It has greatly improved on network capacitycompared to the third generation mobile communication system. LTE macro basestation s working wave is high frequency radio wave which has great penetrate loss inthe building walls and other obstacles, so the indoor coverage is very poor. Otherwisemost of the data requested service occurs indoors, so the technology of Femtocellcomes to being at this point. Femtocell can not only enhance indoor coverage, but alsoreduce outdoor macro network pressure by shunting outdoor network data trafficefficiently, so that the mobile operators can effectively manage growing dataapplication, while providing better service to the users.The main content of this paper packet scheduling algorithms research, it is one ofthe key technologies in radio resource management. This paper introduces someclassic algorithms and puts forward the improved algorithms, at last this paperrealizes the modify algorithms in the simulation system using the platform of Matlab.This paper proposes a linear programming method for packet scheduling algorithmsand a Qos rate guaranteed packet scheduling algorithm. This paper results are asfollows:(1).R algorithm which using linear programming method has more systemthroughput than the classic RR algorithm;(2).Compared to the PF algorithm and modify algorithm based on PF algorithm,the Qos rate guaranteed packet scheduling algorithm can improve the overallthroughput of the system while not reducing the user satisfaction;(3).The two-layers network’s scheduling algorithms have more systemthroughput than the single-layer network’s, that is deploying Femtocell can improvethe communication network capability efficiently.
