With the rapidly developing growth of21st century economy, social developmentincreased fast, as well as marketing competition. Therefore, customer need has graduallybecome the decisive factor for enterprises to occupy a better position in the market. Correctlyand comprehensively analysing customer needs became a powerful method for enterprises tounderstand market trend and to increase product competitive advantages. This paper takesonline review, which is related to mobile product, as research objective. Through network datacollection, this paper collects required information, in the expression change and weightassignment after quality function deployment, transfers customer mobile product needs intoinformation about mobile product quality traits and key product technology, based on HOQ.Furthermore, this paper adopts IDEF and UML to realise systematic analysis and designtogether, with the programme design via Dreamweaver and Asp, which transfers theory intoreal practical system, with empirical practice test.Firstly, this paper researched in detail about the customer acquirement, express conversionand weight assignment of mobile. Through a comparison of current common customeracquisition, and associating with rapid development of current internet and network technology,this paper finally chooses网络神采to collect mobile online comments and organises intocustomer need information. Then, this paper utilises qualitative research software NVivo toanalyse context and transfer expression to the data, resulting in key customer need, for which, aweight assignment is raised according to Objective assignment method.Consequentially, this paper promotes traditional quality house through the combination ofinternal connect between QFD theory and customer need analysis and the practical need of thisresearch, and raises the quality house model for proper customer needs towards mobile. Thenthis paper points out five key customer needs, and develops the quality function, resultingproper mobile product quality traits, key product technology information and Technologyimportance value.Through studying common advantages and disadvantages of the system analysis method,this paper finally adopts IDEF and UML together to build a model to realise systematic analysis and design for mobile product customer need analysis system, based on QFD. Then throughDreamweaver and Asp and Access database, this paper develops based on QFD mobilecustomer need analysis network application system and empirical application test.The innovation of this paper mainly lies in the following two points:First, breaking the traditional collected data collection methods, such as direct surveys andquestionnaires, this paper collects the online reviews of mobile phone products through the网络神采,and then gets key customer needs by analysising the content of the reviews, andproposes a new weight assignment method.Second, this paper adopts IDEF and UML together to build a model to realise systematicanalysis and design.
