In recent decades, Integrated Circuit technology has achieved significant development, therequirements of sampling are in high standards. Remand for high accuracy and high performanceof sampling cannot be met, and non-uniform sampling has some advantages that uniformsampling didn’t has. For example, non-uniform sampling were very good at restrain signalsaliasing. Therefore, it is practical to make research in this field.Start with a discussion about sampling theorem, the method to calculate frequency ofnon-uniform sampling is derived by discrete fourier transformation,and then this method wasprovided. Signal frequency of non-uniform sampling was tested in matlab by this formula,simulation results also proved that the formula can used in frequency detection of non-uniformsampling signal.Spectrum analysis of the same signal respectively using uniform sampling signal andnon-uniform sampling by Matlab, their respective advantages are discussed by make acontrastive study of the differences of two sampling methods. The restrain signals aliasingperformance of non-uniform sampling was discussed respectively from the time domain andfrequency domain. Detection method of small signal has further discussion.Then the hardware implementation scheme is discussed in detail, and the method ofadopting Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) to realize control of the module is expatiated.Non-uniform sampling system of each module were to achieve the desired function. Finallythrough based on the use of IP core realized a Fast Fourier Transform system, results werecompared with matlab and analyz.
