In recent years, with the development of prison informationization in our country,composite security platforms for integrating and managing security systems have beenbuilt in each provinces and municipalities. Generally, these platforms are developed ina static-loading mode, which needs longer development cycle and higher maintenancecosts, as well as setting limits to the flexibility of security systems. In addition, thereis little information interaction among security systems and Prison InformationManagement System. Under the requirements of integrating more and more differentsecurity systems, it is an effective way to develop a composite security managementplatform, which uses dynamic loading mode, deals data normalization and defineslinkage plans in a custom way, to solve these problems.This article is based on a digitized construction project of some prison. It isdedicated to designing and developing a new composite security managementplatform system, which has got a server for dynamically loading components in.NETframework, is able to instantly load/unload component modules of prison securitysystems and the Prison Information Management System, executes normalization ofdata information from different systems based on XML, configures linkage plans byintegrating functional operations of security systems and normalized data in a customway. To integrate a new security system, user is expected to add a relative componentmodule file to the certain directory and set some configuration, and the platformsystem would integrate this module without effecting other modules. Oppositely, toremove an integrated security system module, user is just expected to move therelative file from the directory. Moreover, prison managers can set custom linkageoperation list and data feedback of certain alert event according to actual equipmentposition and linkage requirements.To sum up, this article introduces distinct designing mentality andimplementation to raise a new solution for security-protection platform constructionof prison, which has important reference and actual using value for future study ondesigning security-protection integrated software.
