Medical image eversion, as a new approach in the medical image processing technology, was proposed to improve the capsule endoscopy’s detection rate of small lesions, reduce times of repeated inspections, drop the inspection fees of patients, and raise the doctors’ working efficiency.There are two ways of virtual eversion in the existing technology, one is flattening method, and the other is method of mirror. Guided by the method of mirror, the eversion is implemented based on the3D intestinal model. The effectiveness of eversion is proved by the final result. Marching Cubes algorithm is used to display the3D image.After the validation, proposed algorithm will be sped up through the TI DaVinci DSP processor (DM6446) and its interface. Through reasonable distributing the task of dual-core, the computing efficiency will improvedgreatly...
