| With the continuing increase of telecommunication network bandwidth, a variety of high-speed network based bandwidth consumption applications develop constantly. P2P media streaming, and download applications continually consume network bandwidth. Illegal VOIP and agents are also continually growing. As a result, telecom operators face an awkward position with a phenomenon of apparent incremental rise of bandwidth use but income declines. The root cause of this situation is the insufficient monitor and control strength and technology for telecom operators to control the underlying IP-based applications. Therefore, it is necessary for telecom operators to upgrade the existing monitoring technology and strength of existing system. The purpose is to block illegal applications and ensure legal applications work regularly and at the same time improve their own income.Firstly, this thesis gives an introduction and analysis about present situation and problem facing telecom operators, then analyze and research on technology principle using in present broadband service support systems, Research on current system scheme. Finally, on the basis of the investigation and analysis of architecture of present telecommunications systems, by referring to domestic and international advanced ideas and methods, this paper proposes an architecture solution of a better system with specific functional modules and framework. |
