Human resources (HR) management, one of the fields developing very fast in the recentyears, is becoming the core of the administration science in the 21st century. The developmentand the management of human resources in the kindergartens play a strategic role in theirdevelopment, therefore, it is of great necessity to study the issue.The present paper, based on the humanism management theory、difference managementtheory and the theory of the team management, makes an in-depth study on the human resourcesmanagement in the kindergartens. Starling from the need characteristics of the kindergartenteachers, it discusses the features of such management in the kindergartens, analyzes the currentsituation and the problems and puts forward the following solutions including upgrading theconcept of the management, cultivating the notion that "Teachers are the first human resources"and "Making the most possible use of man" as well as "Talents enjoy preferential treatment" etc., implementing effectively the strategy to tap the human resources in the kindergartens, increasingthe investment in the teachers’ development, readjusting the structure of teacher human resources, reforming the teachers’ personnel system, bettering the environment for teachers’ development, reforming and improving the systems for teachers’ assessment, employment, talent selection, cultivation, stimulation and development so as to innovate the human resources management inthe kindergartens.This paper aims at analyzing the current situation of the human resources management in thekindergartens and finding out the problems and solutions for the implementation of the reform onsuch management and for the scientific design of the management system to achieve the purposeof the rational distribution of the teaching staff and their greater creativity and initiative. It ishoped that the study will draw the attention to the human resources management in thekindergartens, promote the inter-kindergarten interaction, find out the shortcomings in theself-management, adopt the countermeasures in good time and provide the basis for the betterhuman resources management so as to enable the kindergartens to exercise more important role intheir future development.
