Since the new century, college teaching quality construction has become the main theme of the development of higher education. With the development of higher education from elite education to the popularization stage, the quality of higher education in China has entered the key period of development construction. Teaching, as the important aspect of higher education quality construction, reform of teaching idea has become the pilot of teaching reform. From the practice of teaching process, teaching is an art of cooperation, teachers and students are the main subjects of teaching. Only through merge cooperation to the teachers and students can achieve high quality teaching. In order to realize the interaction of teachers and students, high degree of integration of teaching and learning, strengthen the construction of teaching quality, we need to find the influence of the deep obstacles of the construction of teaching quality construction, and only can divide across the barriers of teaching view can go to the micro deep teaching quality construction. At present, the research about teaching concept mainly focus on teacher oriented teaching concept, ignoring attention the students teaching idea.The article focuses on the similarities and differences and influencing factors of college teachers and students view of teaching, in order to explore the compatible path of teachers and students teaching outlook. Study on the selection of undergraduate students and teachers of Yunnan University as the object of study. And through the empirical research method and interview, classroom observation and other research methods of questionnaire survey. Based on literature collection, data analysis, summarize and analyze the questionnaire data. From the constructivist teaching theory from the perspective of university teachers and students on their own "teaching objective","knowledge","teaching method","teaching" and "interaction" four aspects to find the difference of understanding, and then analysis its influencing factors with Demographic Perspective to reveal the university teaching concept present situation and carries on research in theory.This dissertation is composed of introduction and other four parts. The introduction firstly elaborates the background, current situation of the studies in this thesis as well as the research. Mainly from the three aspects of the teachers teaching concept, learning concept and the teaching quality construction on the basis of the domestic and foreign related research about teaching research framework this paper summarized. The first chapter is analysis of the theoretical background, related concepts of teaching concept, including constructivism and the concept of teaching about teachers and students. The second chapter through empirical research to find out what our view of teaching in college teachers and students, and find the plight existence of teaching in college teaching quality the construction. From the view of knowledge, teaching objectives, teaching concept, teaching method, the concept of curriculum evaluation, the communication between teachers and students to analysis teaching view the existing dimension view of teachers and students. The third chapter through the empirical analysis the difference concept between teachers and students in our country university, and find the main influencing factors. Carry on the analysis from two aspects of objective and subjective factors. The fourth chapter put forward the feasible suggestions for the integration of teaching on the basis of the analysis of influencing factors.
