Primary School Teachers Under The Emotional Realm Of Teaching

Since the European Renaissance, flaunting rationalism development of science and wisdom has become increasingly prominent, and the humanistic emotions once considered uncertain and unreliable what have been neglected and suppressed. The development of China’s education has been deeply influenced by the tool rationalism. Increasingly frequent the primary and secondary school teachers abusive corporal punish to the student and others phenomena in society, causing the comment and denigration about the teachers’ moral, humanity and emotional retardation and decay. Based on the above problems, the study attempts to focus on the primary school teachers emotion, to analysis the nature and the extension of this emotion, to explore the factors of this emotion, and to research rehabilitating this emotion. Therefore, this article will discuss the following five parts:The Introduction Part:identify and research questions-the study about the primary school teachers emotion. What based on the confusion of the primary school teachers emotion during the internship and the theoretical perspectives on professional learning. For this reason, I have been accessing relevant research results in domestic and foreign, making the literature review, and building the theoretical framework, to lay the theoretical foundation for conducting research.Chapter Ⅰ:The nature of the primary school teachers emotion. Mainly based on Scheler’s phenomenological theory of emotion, the primary school teachers emotion should have emotional feelings existence and common values hierarchy, and then combine the essence of the teaching profession to define the fundamental requirements of the primary school teachers emotion is the order love:basing on mutual attractive value relationships between the teachers and the academic culture, through the sympathy resonate all the realms of education and teaching, and following the order from the low value to the high value hierarchy level climbing.Chapter Ⅱ:The extension of the primary school teachers emotion. Through the observation and the analysis of the narrative data coded in the internship, based on "intensity" and "focus", the primary school teachers emotion will be divided five emotional categories:the police supervision tendency, the leadership management tendency, the feeding tendency, the doting parents tendency, and the teacher professional tendency.Chapter Ⅲ:The factors of the primary school teachers emotion. Based on the study of the interviews, to explore the personal and environmental factors about the primary school teachers emotion.ChapterⅣ:The Reconstruction of the primary school teachers emotion. The theory in this study is applied to guide the practice to rehabilitate the primary school teachers emotion.Conclusion:Summary the significance of the teachers professional tendency of the primary school teachers emotion.
