Every culture has its own specific "national identity", it does not flow in the "shape on the outside" things such as dance, arts and crafts, etc, but unite in the form of intangible cultural heritage manifested in language, literature, art and religion and other fields, the values of a nation epitomizes this "god within" things, constitute a nation in the culture,"root." China is a multi-ethnic country, reflecting the focus on cultural diversity. Protection of cultural diversity, and develop on this basis, the reconstruction of Intangible Cultural Heritage, not only related to a nation’s internal identity and cohesion, but also has a significant impact on harmony between different ethnic groups.in recent years, multicultural coexistence is always advocated in human society. It has a practical significance in exploring and protecting new paths of inheritance of minority traditional culture in order to achieve the real sense of "the beauty of its beauty",which is a pattern of diversity and unity in Chinese culture.Community education as an important part of cultural and educational heritage plays school education, family education can not replace the role.Minority community education is rooted in daily life of the minority. Their daily life is the practice of educational concept in "The education is the life and The life is education. It is also a type of village education that the whole people in villages participate in spontaneous.This type of education has a irreplaceable role in the cultural heritage of national traditions, compared to school education, and family education. Thus,enhancing the appropriate development of modern minority community education for the sake of protecting national traditions is not only a way of keeping vitality and lasting of minority intangible cultural heritage of era demands, but it also a way of keeping pace with the times to realize the healthy development of their own needs.
