When you analyze the question clearly, it is equal to make a half to the question. This fully shows that in mathematical problem solving analyzing the question clearly is the key. In the actual teaching, teachers do not attach enough importance to the topic teaching, students’method of the topic is improper. In addition, the current research on the topic is not highly targeted, there are few case studies based on specific topic,the topic research on high school conic question are much rarer. Conic knowledge are an integral part of high school, characterization of various forms, students will appear a lot of problems in the topic, lead to mistake the problem solving.The study based on examing the topic of Polya’s theory, Schema Theory of Bartlett and mathematics multivariate characterization. The study analyze the case from two aspects through literature research, comparison research, questionnaire, interview and case research methods. First of all, compared to math scores in three different levels of three students to a conic question of differences in the topic, sums up the different levels of students’problems in the process of the topic, and it is concluded that a prerequisite for successful topic. Secondly, analysis of different types of conic topic error case, summed up the fault point and the reason. Based on these error-prone point put forward corresponding suggestions for teachers and students.Results:1. Summed up that students of three levels in solving the problem of conic topic have obvious differences, embodied in two aspects of knowledge skill and ability of the topic.2. Sum up the successful prerequisite of analyze the topic.(1)mastering basic knowledge;(2)have complete knowledge schema;(3)pay attention to multiple representation subject conditions, fully tap the title implied information;(4)have good habits of the topic;(5)excellent text comprehension;(6) the rich experience of solving problems.3. By analyzing the problems existing in the conic topic link, points out the matters needing attention in the process of the topic.(1) don’t ignore the title implied conditions;(2)Don’t leave out subject conditions;(3)don’t twist the question.Suggestion:l.The start to enhance students’capabilities of analyzing the topic:(1)the solid basic knowledge;(2)improve text comprehension;(3)gradually form a good habit to the topic by training;(4) develop the perseverance of not afraid of difficulties;(5)strengthen the connection between knowledge and perfect knowledge schemata.2. The teaching of the conic, should arouse teachers pay attention to these problem:(1)multivariate characterization teaching of conic;(2) excavate implied conditions of conic problems.3. several suggestions about the teaching of analyzing the topic:(1) let students independently analyze the question, never intrusion;(2)do not look forward to correct students’mistakes;(3)present the analyzing the question in an all-around way;(4)guide the student to draw the map of chapter knowledge concept.
