The teachers are under a macroscopical social background, contacting the survival of the state themselves, they must have some kinds of views on the acceptance of their vocation and working conditions and the teacher staff they are belong to. This is the teachers’ identity. It focuses on teachers’internal feelings. On the one hand, it refers to the teachers’professional development; on the other hand, it is aslo related to the further development of the school and the entire education.Among all the teacher staff, because of its particularity,the novice teachers in rural schools is a special group, it cannot be denied that it is a process to construct the teachers’identity, but the newly service stage is very important,it may help lay a foundation for their later development, aslo,it concerns the coordinated development of urban education and rural education.via the study, we hope that it can arouse the close attention about the novice teachers in rural areas, and then promote the training and policies-making about the novice teacher.In this study I mainly apply the literature method and interviewing method.after the definition and interpretation about the related concepts and theories, it presents the stories of three novice teachers in rural school,clearing up the development of their identity in the vertital direction. At the same time, it sums up the situation of their identity and analyses factors referred to, in the end,it puts forward some advices to promote their degress of teachers’ identity for the novice teachers in rural schools.Through this study, we foud that situation of their identity is varied, it is related to themselves’ cognition and their own experiences during the work,it presents some kind of Personal tendency. Therefore, From the angles of the teacher and the school, the paper puts forward some feasible suggestions to enhance the sense of rural teachers’ identity.
