Our national early education industry was initially established in90s last century, there is phenomenon that survival pressure was getting larger for the relative enterprise, at the same time the fast developing speed of the whole industry, as early education industry was completely under competitive environment after2003, but the performance of the market tends to be chaos. The attitude from the parents towards to early education transferred to be agreement after2010, more and more emphasizing on it making early education industry to be more standardized. Opportunity combined with challenge towards to the institute that to provide product and service in the early education market.The representing product like auto-visual product of early education, educational toys, learning machine of early education in the early education market takes larger share of the market, except early education entity institutions providing the training service for relative field.Making reasonable purchasing strategy will determine the future development and the running to the early education product company. Company TM has to develop the special profit mode as a newly developing brand to fulfill the developing need for itself, including value locating, developing method and character of the product. Only in this way has it to gain a seat in the intensive competitive market environment facing to the trend of current developing opportunity and competitive situation.The purpose of this article is to search and locate the value of coral product itself to develop relative purchasing strategy with the theory institution of current purchasing management on the base of microscopic and macro environment analysis in the field of early education industry combined with SWOT analysis method of company TM and confirmation of target purchasing staff. It develops the mode of purchasing strategy for company TM with the theory of4P and differentiation strategy. It also develops the detailed planning and suggestion basing on above discoursing.
