Study Of The Functions Of The Government In Hohhot Preschool

Preschool education is focused on the kindergarten education, while private kindergarten has become the main force of the preschool education in kindergarten, although it is developing faster and faster, but many problems still existing. And there is the gap of the public kindergarten, is now the policy did not focus on the private kindergarten, but the one hand, the preschool education, once appear many social problems.This paper bases on the actual preschool education development in Hohhot, using the survey method, action research method, education experience summary method, case study method and other research methods, the Hohhot preschool education development present situation and existing problems of intensive research, and refer to the preschool education in the advanced experience at home and abroad, for the city of preschool education functions of the government put forward the constructive Suggestions. In this paper, the first part mainly introduces the writing purpose of this article, the definition of key concepts and the existing research were summarized. The second part elaborates the background of Hohhot preschool education. The third part mainly analyzes the current problems in Hohhot preschool education. The fourth part from the functions of the government level of preschool education problems put forward countermeasures.Relatively objective of this paper reveals the problems existing in Hohhot, preschool education, such as uneven distribution of the investment fund shortage, serious private kindergarten fees, quality of teachers overall quality is low, non-standard primary tendency is serious and so on, I hope the government can increase financial investment and teachers prepare the guarantee treatment, prevent and correct "elementary school" tendency, multilateral agencies, and to grasp with preschool education supervision system, this paper suggests the preschool education on track, and in the healthy development.
